Thomas Smith is host of the popular Serious Inquiries Only podcast, formerly the Atheistically Speaking podcast, and is known for his commentary on science, skepticism, atheism, and politics. He also previously hosted Thomas and the Bible, a witty podcast on the so-called "good" book. We talk to Thomas about current schisms in the atheist movement around culture wars, criticizing Islam after Christchurch, and more. This conversation is in two parts, and this is Part 1.
